Investigators say they intercepted a WhatsApp message in March advertising two 15-year-old girls for sexual encounters. A subsequent warrant executed on Mar. 11 at a Danbury residence led to the recovery of a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old and the apprehension of the four men. Two victims were found in separate locked bedrooms with two of the defendants, while the others were located in different parts of the home.
According to court documents, Ordonez-Ortega coordinated the victims’ transportation, scheduled appointments with men, and collected payment, sharing a portion with the minors. Ordonez-Ortega scheduled 13 men to engage in sexual activity with the 15-year-old victim, and 11 men to engage in sexual activity with the 16-year-old victim, on March 10 and 11, 2025, in Danbury, according to investigators.

Robles is also accused of causing physical injury to the 15-year-old victim during one of those encounters.
Each defendant is charged with sex trafficking of children, which carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life. Ordonez-Ortega and Vasquez-Salinas also face additional charges, including attempted sex trafficking, conspiracy, and coercion.
Robles and Quilli-Tacuri were taken into custody and presented in Bridgeport federal court on Tuesday. Ordonez-Ortega and Vasquez-Salinas remain in state and ICE custody, respectively.
