Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center Invites Residents to The Emerald Isle

DANBURY, CT — Have you ever dreamed of kissing the Blarney stone, seeing the Cliffs of Moher or eating Shepherd's Pie washed down with a Black & Tan in an authentic Irish pub? Then you're in luck! Members of the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center say— Let’s Go To Ireland!

The 6 day Taste of Ireland tour is presented by CIE International and includes roundtrip airfare, superior and first class hotels, sightseeing in a luxury coach bus with a private tour guide, full breakfast daily except on day one, 3 dinners including - Merry Ploughboy Pub dinner and traditional show - Bunratty Castle Medieval Banquet - 1 table d’hote dinner in Killarney, one lunch and a welcome get-together drink.

Tour a sheepdog trials on the Ring of Kerry, take a ferry ride across the River Shannon, go through Dublin in open-top bus tour with a visit and drink at Guinness Storehouse or General Post Office and visit the Dublin Castle, Blarney Castle, Blarney Woollen Mills, Skellig Experience and Cliffs of Moher— it's all included.

In County Cork, visit Blarney Castle to kiss the famous “Stone of Eloquence,” also known as the Blarney stone. The Ring of Kerry is a winding route that reveals breathtaking sights of the Macgillycuddy’s Reeks as well as coastal views of beaches and cliffs. The ferry ride across the wide River Shannon Estuary takes guests along the Clare coast to the Cliffs of Moher, a spectacular wall of sandstone that reaches to almost 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. At The Great Hall, visitors will enjoy a medieval-style feast of excellent dishes and plenty of wine with lords and ladies serenading you with song and harp music, evocative of the Middle Ages.
