The Danbury Town Clerk recorded the last five property transfers dating back to June 14.

The Maplewood at Danbury nursing facility, 22 Hospital Ave., was sold on June 18 for $16 million by Maplewood at Danbury LLC to Danbury ALF Property LLC.

Natanael Noronha sold 53 Highland Ave., on June 14 to Julio Puma and Rosa Uzhca for $150,000.
