Letter: 'In Support Of Farley Santos For State Representative'

To The Editor:

I am writing to endorse Farley Santos for State Representative for the 109th district.

I have had the privilege of knowing Farley through our bank, Savings Bank of Danbury, for many years. Farley has always been capable, hardworking and compassionate. What impresses me most about Farley is his commitment to teaching young people to develop a savings program early in their life, to have a good work ethic and to give back to your community.

Farley has worked tirelessly on the Board of Education and as a Danbury City Councilman, championing everyone from our students to senior citizens to small businesses. His passion for Danbury is proven through his volunteer work as a mentor, volunteer teacher, community board member with Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut, former Treasurer and Secretary with Danbury Student and Business Connection, current President of the Danbury Police Activities League and Sunday School Teacher at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish.

I cannot think of a better person to represent Danbury in Hartford. I invite you to vote for Farley on November 8th.
