Danbury's Mackenzie Newsome, 3, survived her operation in Boston Wednesday and Mi Ma (Nancy Lahoud) reported good news.
Nancy Lahoud, Mackenzie Newsome's grandmother, alerted everyone on Facebook that Mackenzie's operation was a success Wednesday and here are her words.
Nancy Conciatore Lahoud Surgery is complete! Doctors prepared for the worse and pleasantly surprised to get the best!! They got 99% of the tumor..... They feel chemo and radiation will kill the rest... Our baby is a fighter!! Thank you for all your prayers and support.... Waiting patiently for her to be brought to ICU to see her.... Will keep everyone posted!!! Love you all ♥
