The legendary folk group, The New Christy Minstrels, are celebrating a career spanning more than 50 years. This Grammy Award-winning group has recorded over 20 albums with several gold records and chart-topping hits. These great songs sound as good today as the first time fans heard them.
Ciclismo Classico Bike Travel Film Festival
What's better than pedaling a bike up steep mountain passes for hours in the rain? Watching someone else do it! On June 17 at 8 p.m., Ciclismo Classico will present its annual Bike Travel Film Festival for the first time in Connecticut. The festival showcases the best bike travel films from professional and amateur filmmakers depicting the adventure, humor and growth inherent in bicycle journeys. The public is invited to join others at The Palace for a very special night of film, fun and prizes as the theater celebrate the joy of two-wheel travel.
