The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Danbury Police reported Juan Perez, 31, Highland Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interferring with a 911 call and criminal mischief following an incident at about 4:45 a.m. Saturday. Perez was held on a $25,000 bond for an appearance in Monday.
