Popeye's Coming to Danbury: Report

DANBURY, CT — A new fast food restaurant has broken ground in Danbury, reports the Daily Voice. Work has begun on a Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen location, which will be located on Newtown Road near the Bethel-Brookfield line.

The restaurant is expected to be open by the end of summer or early autumn, according to the report.

The eatery will be located on the same site as the new Texas Roadhouse and the AFC Urgent Care/Aspen building.
