Richter Association for the Arts Hosts Program of American Songbook Music
The program will be held Sunday, April 24 at 3 p.m.

Richter Association for the Arts has announced a program of American Songbook music by Laura and Terry Meade on Sunday, April 24, 3 p.m. at Richter House, located at 100 Aunt Hack Rd.
Terry Meade is a pianist and singer from Long Island who developed a love affair with the standards early in life. His experience runs from intimate gatherings of song to cabaret and choral groups.

Laura Meade is a singer-songwriter and musical theater actress who has performed on stages around the world. After graduating with her B.A. in vocal performance from Manhattanville College, Laura performed in the musical theater world for many years. She also debuted and performed her one-woman cabaret show, "Old Songs for a New Year," at Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts on Long Island. Laura's career as a professional vocalist has also included performances with progressive rock band IZZ and as part of the opening act for Rufus Wainwright, Keren Ann and Marillion.
Admission is by free-will donation. Refreshments will be served following the program. Parking is available in the golf course lot. Handicap parking is available in front of the house. The program is partially funded by the Danbury Cultural Commission.
