Richter Golf Course And Driving Range In Danbury To Close For Remainder Of 2025 Season
The upcoming winter weather is drawing the curtain a little bit early for golf at Richter this season.
DANBURY, CT — The City of Danbury has officially closed the golf course and driving range at Richter Park for the 2025 season, citing the "upcoming winter weather."
The National Weather Service is calling for a 30 percent chance of rain and/or snow Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of this week.
The Richter Park Business Office will be open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m., except for Dec. 25 through Jan. 4. 2026. Resident IDs and passes will be available online beginning Jan. 2.
