Unique Ear-Piercing Chain To Open New Studio In Danbury
The fast-growing operation that utilizes a medical approach to piercing will open CT's second studio at a prominent mall in Danbury.

DANBURY, CT — A growing ear-piercing studio chain has chosen Danbury to become its second site in Connecticut.
New York City-based Rowan, which has about 100 studios nationwide, announced Wednesday it is planning to open another studio in Danbury at the Danbury Fair Mall, 7 Backus Ave., Danbury.
No firm date for Rowan's Danbury arrival is finalized, but Rowan said in a release that it would be in the "coming months."

Unlike many places to get ears pierced, Rowan approaches the practice with a medical angle, as all piercing is done by licensed nurses and only hypoallergenic earrings are used, according to the company.
Rowan was founded in 2017 by its founder and chief executive officer, Louisa Serene Schneider.
