3 Vehicles Stolen On Same Day From Darien Neighborhood: Police

DARIEN, CT — Three vehicles were stolen from the Noroton Bay neighborhood of Darien on Nov. 4, according to police.

Det. Sgt. Vigil Mauricio told Patch the department received reports that a 2012 Land Rover, 2021 Mercedes-Benz and a Chevrolet Trailblazer were stolen from Mayflower Road and Waverly Road on Nov. 4 around 3 a.m.

The vehicles were later recovered in Bridgeport and Darien, Mauricio said, noting an investigation is ongoing.

Police have constantly reminded residents to lock their car doors and take their belongings with them to help prevent motor vehicle thefts.
