Darien To Host 'International Survivors Of Suicide Loss Day' Event

The event brings together individuals who have lost someone to suicide, offering a space for connection, understanding, and shared healing.

DARIEN, CT — For the fourth year in a row, the town of Darien will host the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's annual International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mather Senior Center, 2 Renshaw Road.

The event brings together individuals who have lost someone to suicide, offering a space for connection, understanding, and shared healing.

Each year, hundreds of Survivor Day gatherings take place worldwide, uniting participants through discussions and an AFSP-produced documentary that highlights stories of growth, resilience, and hope.
