LTE: Darien RTC Nominating Committee Seeks Interested GOP Electors

The Town of Darien would not run as well as it does without countless dedicated volunteers who give their time, their passion and their expertise, often with little thanks or fanfare.

One of the most important missions of the Darien Republican Town Committee (Darien RTC) is to recruit and support qualified, competent candidates for elected and appointed positions in town. Darien RTC firmly believes that ALL Darien residents are best served by a transparent, accountable, responsive and fiscally intelligent government.

Every two years, Darien RTC begins the iterative process of interviewing those Republican electors in the town who may wish to serve or may wish to continue to serve on the Darien Republican Town Committee (RTC) for the next two year term.

The 2023 Nominating Committee for the 2024-2026 Darien RTC will be conducting interviews from November 26 through late December. Applications can be found at: https://www.darienrepublicans.com/get-involved.

Anyone interested should complete an application and submit it as soon as possible, but no later than 11:59pm Friday December 15, 2023 to assure that the committee will have ample opportunity to interview you.
