Power Lines Down, Roads Closed In Darien: Police

DARIEN, CT — Power lines are down and on fire on Old Kings Highway South near Cross Street, according to the Darien Police Department.

"Both of these roads are closed in that area. Please seek alternate routes," police said Thursday afternoon.

The Eversource outage map shows 41 cutomers without power in the area as of 4:15 p.m. There is an estimated restoration time of 6:45 p.m.
