Thomas N. Topar, 79, died Nov. 7, 2025; born in Bridgeport and a graduate of Andrew Warde High School, was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and partner at Wasencky Brothers Trucking Company.

Severino “Sam” Gesualdi, 91, died Nov. 5, 2025; a U.S. Army veteran and founder of Gesualdi Construction, he enjoyed carpentry, Italian cooking, weekly family dinners, golfing, traveling, and cheering for the Yankees and Giants.

Robert Livingston Gaines, 87, died Nov. 3, 2025; a marketing and advertising professional who served as a longtime class agent for Choate, Sewanee, and UVA’s Darden School, he enjoyed train travel, backgammon at the University Club, and time spent at the Forest Lake Club.

William H. Banks III, 93, died Nov. 1, 2025; a U.S. Navy officer and longtime CEO of Kliklok, he enjoyed golf at Wee Burn Country Club, woodworking, sailing aboard the Sally 4th, and skiing at Okemo.
