Road Closure Announced For July 4 Parade In Darien: Police
Police said a portion of Noroton Avenue will be temporarily closed on the Fourth of July to accommodate the town's Push n Pull Parade.
DARIEN, CT — A portion of Noroton Avenue will be temporarily closed on the Fourth of July to accommodate the town's Push n Pull Parade, according to police.
In an email, Police Capt. Alison Hudyma said Noroton Avenue will be closed Thursday in the area of Darien High School to West Elm Street (McGuane Field) from approximately 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Drivers are asked to use alternate routes during these times, according to Hudyma.
