Upcoming Concerts At Darien's Tilley Pond Park

The concerts are free and open to the public.

DARIEN, CT — The Darien community is invited to attend the free "Summer Nights" concert series at Tilley Pond Park.

Sponsored by Darien Parks and Recreation and The Corbin District, the next show is slated for July 26 when The Bob Button Big Band will perform.

The 12-piece band has played music from the Big Band Era at numerous summer town concerts throughout Fairfield County.

On Aug. 2, The Doo Dah's will take the stage. The band was originally formed in 2011 and features mostly real estate professionals whose musical interests are influenced by the Grateful Dead.

The concert series will wrap up on Aug. 16 with Diggity, the four-piece band that's based in Black Rock, CT, and focuses on a high energy sound with a groovy, pop R&B vibe.

All concerts run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets. Food trucks will be on site.
