I am thrilled to see that the man from the Dodge Ave /'Washington ST area was Finially caught for beating his dog. this is not the 1st time he was seen doing this and I can not imagine how that poor dog has been suffering BEHIND CLOSED DOORS. I will not mention his name but I pray the judge will come down on him with a VERY HEAVY HAND.
