EAST HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $25,000 was recently sold in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Hamden resident won $25,000 on a Pinball Wizard scratch ticket that was sold at A&N Deli at 34 Gerrish Avenue in East Haven, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
