Nov. 14Christine A. Rahardjo, 44, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny.
Franco E. Lemos, 36, of West Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Nov. 15
Henry Otto Koelle, 44, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.
Nov. 16
Carlos Eric Colon, 39, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.
Nov. 17
Jennifer Lynn Selmquist, 48, of North Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
