Nov. 19

Stephen M. Brown, 42, of East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Jessup R. Bollinger, 43, of East Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle.

Michael Anthony Rubino, 38, of East Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle.

Nov. 21

James Nuzzello, 37, of Hamden, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Nov. 22

Amanda Bennett, 39, of Meriden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Eliot Juan Gardner, 56, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Nov. 23

Kyle Arthur Foster, 35, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Nov. 24

Angelo Jaliel Hernandez, 21, of East Haven, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit, reckless driving, and interfering with an officer.

Joshua Maldonado, 30, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a criminal protective order.

Nov. 25

Ralph Joseph Giordano, 56, of North Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Wayne Daniel Dohna, 32, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a probation.

Kirk Smith, 21, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear/charges pending.
