East Haven police logs, Nov. 5-11:

Nov. 7

Efrain Palaguachi-Humala, 50, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Nov. 8

Rudolph B. Torre, 34, of New London, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and two counts of probation violation.

Nov. 10

Joseph Cretella, 38, of Northford, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Lonnie Javier Correa-Rivera, 33, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
