Marcelo Flores Meija, 36, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Emerald Marie Perreault, 31, of New London, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Nicole Rivera, 38, of West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
