Amy M. Mucha, 41, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer, resisting arrest.

Gary Tiwan, 51, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew Blasavage, 35, of Litchfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Sept. 18

Michael Vincent Olivo, 24, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Brian D. Daddio, 36, of Durham, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Sept. 19

Silvia Mariana Chunir, 26, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child.

Sept. 20

Marcelo Flores Meija, 36, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Emerald Marie Perreault, 31, of New London, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Nicole Rivera, 38, of West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Jose O. Santos, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening/physical threat.
