An East Haven resident won $50,000 on a $4,000,000 Fortune scratch ticket that was sold at Anas Food Mart Inc. at 720 Foxon Rd. in East Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
