EAST HAVEN, CT — Chili's Grill &amp; Bar had its liquor license suspended for one day recently and paid a fine of $500 for selling alcohol to a minor and other violations, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection. Chili's located at 58 Frontage Road had its license suspended on March 26. Other violations include: permit to be recorded and permittee name sign, along with sale to a minor.
