East Haven Veteran's Day Procession To Town Green, Ceremony Set For Tuesday

EAST HAVEN, CT — This year, the East Haven Veterans Day celebration is set for Tuesday, November 11.

Starting at the American Legion Post 89 at 574 Thompson Ave., a procession to the Town Green begins at 10:30 a.m. with the ceremony set for 11 a.m.

And, for the fourth year, at East Haven High School, it's a coffee and treats event in the Hive Café, to honor and celebrate veterans held by culinary and other student groups. In years past, dozens of veterans have attended. The even is set for Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. RSVP to jprofetto@east-haven.k12.ct.us.
