The Somers Community Health and Wellness Association (SCHAWA) would like to award a scholarship to graduating seniors who reside in Somers. This scholarship is awarded to the student or students wishing to pursue careers in related health fields such as nursing, physical or occupational therapy, EMT training or social work.
Application forms can be picked up at the Somers High School (SHS) Counseling and Career Center (CCC), and completed applications must be returned to Mrs. O'Brien at the SHS CCC by Friday, April 29, 2011. Incomplete application packets or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
