Ellington and Somers Arrests Include Risk of Injury to a Child, Threatening

July 8
On July 8, Casey C. Greenhouse-Paysinger, 28, and Tyisha A. Stocking-Paysinger, 30, were arrested on two warrants issued by Rockville Superior Court. The pair, of 160 Windermere Ave., Apt. 4006 in Ellington, were charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

July 11
During the course of a motor vehicle stop on Crystal Lake Road in Tolland, the operator was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was subjected to a series of field sobriety tests that he failed, at which time he was arrested. The operator, Richard H. Hebert, 47, of 31 Aborn Rd. in Ellington, was transported to Troop C where he was processed and charged with evading responsibility, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released on bond.

July 14
Troop C troopers responded to a disturbance that occurred in a parking lot located at Route 190 and Route 83 in Somers, across the street from the Mobil Station. The complainant reported that Crhistoper Ouellette, 20, of 221 Field Rd. in Somers, confronted her and threatened the complainant and her passenger. Ouellette was arrested without incident and charged with breach of peace and threatening. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Rockville Superior Court on July 27.
