Somers Hosts Four-Day Four Town Fair

Known as Connecticut's oldest fair, this event will feature a car show, live music, pumpkin contest, a fair parade and more.

For the weekend of Sept. 17 through Sept. 20, the Four Town Fair will be hosted at 56 Egypt Rd., off Route 93, in Somers, according to the event’s website.

Four Town Fair is known as Connecticut’s longest running fair event in the state, and will feature several different events daily, the website says.

The four-day fair’s overall schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 18 from 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 19 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, Sept. 20 from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Thursday’s general admission fee is $6, Friday, Saturday and Sunday general admission $10 each day, and a weekend pass can be purchased for $20, the website says. Seniors recieve discounted admission Thursday and Friday for $5, and children under the age of 12 are admitted for free.

Parking for the event is free.
