State Title Histories In Winter Team Sports For Ellington And Somers

ELLINGTON-SOMERS, CT — The winter high school sports campaign is officially upon us, as boys ice hockey, girls basketball and wrestling begin practices Monday, while indoor track, boys basketball, boys swimming and gymnastics all commence Dec. 5.

With eager players slated to take the ice, court and mat in the coming days, dreams of a state championship berth in March are already formulating in the minds of athletes and coaches alike.
