Ralph R. and Tina Schneider of Ellington transferred the property at 154 Webster Road to Eric J. Virkler and Heidi J. Virkler of Ellington for $85,000 on Sept. 25. The sale was recorded on Sept. 26.

Quantum of Ellington LLC transferred the property at 11 Chase Hollow, Unit 103, to Perley J. Levesque of Ellington for $333,000 on Sept. 26. The sale was recorded on Sept. 27.
