Jack Williams, 47, of Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of a controlled substance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance, operating under suspension and operating without tint inspection, 12:30 p.m.
Gabriella Martins, 20, of Ludlow, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (four counts), 7:04 p.m.
Devon Arthur, 21, of North Bergen, N.J., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 7:13 p.m.

Jason Lee, 47, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 1:41 p.m.
