Emely Degracia-Garcia, 24, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 7:10 p.m.

Issiel Alvarez, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 7:10 p.m.

Christopher Soikkeli, 33, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:30 p.m.

Claude Nation, 25, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, failure to renew registration, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance, passing in a no-passing zone, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without a license and violating tinted auto glass requirements, 5:56 a.m.

Matthew S. McEwen, 40, of Suffield, was charged with second-degree larceny, 5:22 a.m.

Briana Murray, 30, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny, first-degree identity theft and second-degree forgery, 5:49 a.m.

Patrick H. Bordieri, 42, of Wethersfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and falsifying marker, 10:06 a.m.
