James Zbikowski, 60, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 6:52 p.m.

Julia Stratton, 24, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 10:48 a.m.

Chanler Blott, 18, of Enfield, was charged with disseminating an intimate image to one person, 12:52 p.m.

Kevyn Bautista, 25, of Ledyard, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, traveling unreasonably fast, improper turn and failure to obey traffic control signals, 6:30 p.m.

Ann Chouinard, 32, of Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, 10:20 p.m.

David Montanez, 38, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation (two counts), 9:48 p.m.

Rosaleen Ravlin, 44, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, assault on public safety personnel, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and first-degree unlawful restraint, 10:30 p.m.

Joshua Landry, 30, of New Bedford, Mass., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree breach of peace, 2:16 a.m.

David Mitchell, 36, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and public indecency, 1:45 p.m.

Gilberto Maldonado, 58, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 4:45 p.m.

James Siwek, 34, of Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:50 p.m.

Samuel Winston, 61, of Bloomfield,, was charged with fifth-degree larceny (two counts), operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker,6:30 p.m.

Frison Alexander, 40, of Enfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment, 7:17 p.m.
