Jadon C. Higgins, 18, of Agawam, Mass., was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass, 4:30 p.m.

Kaleb Mahaney, 18, of Agawam, Mass., was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass, 4:30 p.m.

Lloyd Rowland, 24, of Enfield, was charged with cruelty to animals, 5:45 p.m.

Bruce A. Betancourt, 34, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:30 p.m.

Gary L. Kenion, 52, of Bloomfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, fifth-degree larceny and failure to reinstate license after 60 days, 8:40 p.m.

Tuesday, March 26

Earl M. Witherspoon, 50, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation (two counts), 9:45 a.m.

Marcus W. Burns, 29, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device, interfering with an officer and operating without a license, 11:00 a.m.

Tahzjae Thomas, 19, of New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, 3:13 p.m.

Talique D. Blizzard, 26, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:27 p.m.

Sharissa N. Cuello, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:15 p.m.

Anayaceliz Rodriguez, 19, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, 7:15 p.m.

Todd M. Allard, 41, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 13 and first-degree sexual assault, 12:35 p.m.

Matthew Morrell, 34, of Enfield, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, 7:15 p.m.

Shae A. Hoxie, 37, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with fifth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 7:12 p.m.

Jason T. Hicks, 49, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, 8:12 p.m.

Jennifer L. Paydos, 41, of Hampden, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, 9:49 p.m.
