Jennifer Charizio, 48, of Bristol was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:05 p.m.

Kevin Troy, 48, of East Windsor was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and interfering with/resisting an officer, 2:45 p.m.

Tuesday, March 29

Rosa Colon, 28, of Holyoke, Massachusetts, was charged with operating/parking an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of a marker, registration or license; and operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, 12:26 p.m.

Dominick Torres, 28, of Enfield was charged with second-degree riot and second-degree breach of peace, 8 p.m., then was charged with possession of a controlled substance — first offense, 10 p.m.

Wednesday, March 30

Joshua Michaud, 31, of New Britain was charged with failure to use a turn signal, operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, and operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, 6:15 p.m.
