Lisa Waters-Hodge, 44, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 6:30 p.m.

Desire Johnson, 22, of East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), 7:45 p.m.

Sable C. Johnson, 38, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 1:50 p.m.

Megan E. Smith, 31, of Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:20 p.m.

Anna Lopez, 34, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery and interfering with an officer, 9:00 a.m.
