Enfield High School Inducts Members Into Tri-M Music Honor Society

The international program is dedicated to the recognition of exceptional music students in grades 9-12.

Oct. 23, 2022

On September 29, 2022, the Enfield Music Department held the 6th Annual Member Induction and Chapter Officer Presentation of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, Chapter #2487. The Tri-M Music Honor Society is an international program dedicated to the recognition of exceptional music students in grades 9-12 that meet the specific music, academic, leadership, and character criteria. Tri-M currently has approximately 50,000 members in more than 1,700 chartered chapters worldwide. The purpose of the Tri-M Music Honor Society is to inspire music participation, create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, and promote leadership in the music students at secondary schools. Tri-M is a program of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), which is the largest arts education association in the world.
