Party Affiliation:
Republican
Occupation:
VP. Ad Operations & Analytics at ICON International - 7 Years
Family:
I was raised in Norwalk and met my husband while living in California. We moved back to Connecticut and made Fairfield our home in 2008. We’re raising four wonderful children here, supported by Fairfield’s excellent schools and an incredibly welcoming community. Our kids are active in the many programs Fairfield offers, and we’re grateful every day to be part of such a caring and connected town.
Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?
No.
Previous public office, appointive or elective:
RTM member since 2022
Why are you seeking this office?
I believe Fairfield deserves leaders who listen, collaborate, and deliver real results. Our town thrives when we focus on solutions, not politics. I’m committed to working across party lines to address the issues that matter most to our community, from maintaining our schools and neighborhoods to ensuring responsible fiscal management. My goal is simple: to bring people together, strengthen our town’s future, and make sure all perspectives are valued in the conversation.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
The lack of balance and independent thinking on the RTM. One party’s supermajority has led to decisions made along party lines instead of open, thoughtful debate. I’ll work to restore balance, accountability, and collaboration. Every proposal deserves honest discussion and consideration based on what’s best for Fairfield, not partisan politics.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I listen with an open mind and make an effort to understand issues from all perspectives. I believe effective leadership means being fair, thoughtful, and focused on what’s best for our community.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
I’ll work to ensure Fairfield’s leaders act in the best interests of taxpayers, not outside influences, and communicate effectively across boards, especially on budgets, capital projects, and issues affecting our schools. I’m committed to keeping Fairfield affordable, supporting strong schools, helping seniors stay in their homes, and ensuring young families can build their future here.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I’ve always believed in working hard, listening, and supporting the people around me. Throughout my career, I’ve led and worked with teams built on collaboration and respect, helping people grow, stay engaged, and feel heard, because that’s how lasting change happens. I bring that same approach to my family and my community: showing up, putting in the effort, and working together to make things better for everyone. These experiences have taught me how to lead thoughtfully, listen carefully, and get things done, qualities I’ll bring to the RTM.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
The best advice I’ve ever gotten is that you have two ears and one mouth for a reason, so listen twice as much as you talk. It’s simple, but it works.
