Make Music Fairfield Hosts 'Solstice Stroll' This Weekend
The daytime event will include a walking performance through Fairfield's Cultural District.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Make Music Fairfield will hold its winter event, the Solstice Stroll, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 21.
The event will include a walking performance through Fairfield’s Cultural District, beginning at the Fairfield Theatre Company and continuing to the Sacred Heart University Community Theatre and the Main Library, before concluding at the Sherman Green gazebo. Holiday-themed music will be performed along the route.
The Solstice Stroll is free and open to the public.

Make Music Fairfield is a local partner of the Make Music Day Alliance, a national organization representing 141 participating cities across the United States. Each year on June 21 — and in some communities on Dec. 21 — the alliance coordinates free public music-making events that invite musicians and singers of all experience levels to take part.
