Eighth 'Evenings of Wellness' Lecture on May 3
Fairfield Chamber and the Norma Pfriem Breast Center will host the eighth of nine lectures. The topic is Managing Emotion Under Pressure.

From the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce: The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and The Norma Pfriem Breast Center will host its eighth lecture in the new 2016-2017 series of nine “Evenings of Wellness” on May 3rd. This lecture topic is: Managing Emotion Under Pressure.
The lecture will be given by Marni Amsellem, Ph.D.:
Marni Amsellem's undergraduate degree is in Human Development from Cornell University. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in health psychology from Washington University (St. Louis) in 2005. Dr. Amsellem's specialty is working with individuals and groups who are adjusting to a medical diagnoses or health-related challenges, and/ or are looking to build their coping skills and resilience. She assists her clients with building resilience, working with their strengths, and learning skills to cope with challenges in the future.

- Insight into the most effective ways to manage emotions.
