FAIRFIELD, CT — The Fairfield Public Library, in partnership with Fairfield University’s Center for Social Impact, is asking residents to share their feedback through a community-wide survey aimed at shaping the library’s future programs and services.

The online survey, which takes about 10 minutes to complete, includes questions about how patrons use the library, their satisfaction with existing services, and suggestions for new offerings or improvements. All Fairfield residents — including both library users and non-users — are encouraged to participate.

Survey responses are confidential, and results will be reported in aggregate without collecting personal identifying information. Participants who complete the survey can choose to enter a drawing for one of three Barnes & Noble gift certificates.

"By sharing your feedback, you’re helping us shape a Library that meets Fairfield’s current and future needs in terms of services and programming."
