Robert Boiano, 39, of Crocus Lane, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of a controlled substance at 1:06 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 8.

Caleb Wayne Newbury, 28, of Spring Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault at 10:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 29, 2025.

Piero Alessa Camacho-Montenegro, 21, of Center Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 11:50 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 14.

Stanley Golas, 80, of Red Oak Hill Road, Farmington, was charged with assault on an elderly victim at 3:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 31, 2025.

Caitlin Elizabeth Arnold, 41, of Foster Street, South Windsor, was charged with failure to renew registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, and sixth-degree larceny at 12:07 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 14.
