Aven Joham Adorno, 39, of Brown Street, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:52 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 24.

Toriana Louise Cook, 19, of Laurel Hill Avenue, Norwich, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:48 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 10.

Jadin James Coakley, 20, of Brittany Farms Road, New Britain, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:37 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Dec. 5

Benjamin Alberto Veras, 27, of Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of tinted auto glass requirements, not having readable license plates, improper use of marker/license/registration plates, reckless driving, and engaging police in pursuit at 6:03 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 26.

Dec. 6

Jordan Isaiah Bellamy, 21, of Norden Street, New Britain, was charged with violation of a protective order at 10:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 8.

Sanyi N. Thomas, 18, of Acton Street, Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 2:47 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 24.

Dec. 10

Elzbieta J. Darmoros, 70, of Peach Orchard Hill, Plainville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:34 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 2, 2026.

Sean Michael Baker, 47, of Highland Street, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 5:04 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 2, 2026.
