FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for May 8- May 12, 2025, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

May 10

Armend Mehmeti, 34, of Buff Road, Bristol, was charged with speeding and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:35 p.m. He will appear in court May 20.

May 11

Abigail Rose Mann, 28, of Hillside Avenue, Middletown, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plate; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and following too closely (in accident) at 5:05 p.m. She will appear in court May 20.

James Norman Joseph, 54, of 8th Street, Newington, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; theft of plates/inserts; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and engaging police in pursuit at 10:08 p.m. He was to appear in court May 12.

Salvatore Frank Carrubba, 58, of York Road, Berlin, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 10:40 p.m. He will appear in court May 20.

May 12

Karina Soto, 28, of Windsor Avenue, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:25 a.m. She was to appear in court May 12.
