Glastonbury Dog Credited With Saving Infant's Life: Reports
A dog alerted his owners about their infant daughter's breathing problems and is credited with saving her life.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A dog is being credited with saving the life of his owner's infant daughter, according to The Hartford Courant. Kelly and Jeff Dowling's 9-month-old daughter had been sick with a cold.
She was prescribed antibiotics and was scheduled for a chest X-ray later in the week. Monday night, Kelly Dowling put the baby in the crib to sleep, but their Boston Terrier, Henry, kept pushing the nursery door open, according to The Hartford Courant.
Kelly Dowling initially scolded Henry for disturbing the baby, but the dog persisted in entering the nursery room, according to NBC CT. Eventually, the baby woke up crying, but Kelly Dowling immediately knew something more than a cold was affecting the child.
