Man Assaulted, Restrained 2 Kids At Glastonbury Hotel: Police

The man, a resident of Utah, faces charges including risk of injury to a child after the incident, Glastonbury police said.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Utah man faces a slew of charges after he assaulted two minors at a Glastonbury hotel, Glastonbury police said.

Officers responded to the Hilton Garden Inn at 85 Glastonbury Blvd. overnight Sunday for a report of an assault involving a minor.

A brief investigation found that Tim S. Seeley, 63, of Kaysville, Utah, "physically assaulted and restrained" two juvenile guests at the hotel, police said.

Seeley was charged with risk of injury to a child, two counts of first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree breach of peace, two counts of third-degree assault, and two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment.

He was released on a $50,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Feb. 18 at 9 a.m.
