In Memoriam: Adele Williams
The lifelong Glastonbury resident passed away Jan. 2 at the age of 85.

Adele (Alexander) Williams, 85, of Glastonbury, wife of the late Frank Williams, died Saturday January 2, 2016 at St. Mary’s Home in West Hartford.
Born September 26, 1930 in Glastonbury, daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Monaco) Alexander, she was a lifelong resident of Glastonbury, moving to West Hartford last year.

Prior to her retirement in 1994, she was an Assistant Vice President at Connecticut Mutual. Adele was a communicant of St. Paul Church and was very active in the Glastonbury community.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Mark and Lori Williams of West Hartford and two grandchildren Jenna and Matthew Williams.

She was predeceased by her son, Scott Williams.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday Jan. 7 at 11 a.m. in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial in St. Augustine Cemetery will be private. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury, on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart/Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231.
