A Milestone for Glastonbury Insurance Executive
The regional president of GoodWorks Insurance marks 40 years in the industry.

Neil Scranton, regional president with GoodWorks Insurance in Glastonbury, is celebrating his 40th year as an independent insurance agent and entrepreneur.
Scranton co-founded Scranton & Johnson Inc., an independent insurance agency in Glastonbury in late 1975. Over the years it grew to become one of the most successful agencies in suburban Hartford and was one of the largest insurance agencies for auto dealers and repair shops in the state, and its successor, GoodWorks Insurance, remains one today.
The Glastonbury resident sold the company to GoodWorks Insurance in 2012 and has remained active in the business.

Scranton holds the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation and is a graduate of Northeastern University.
